2. Scope of Application


These T&C exclusively apply to the use of the Website and do not govern the commercial terms of any transport contract, which will be established separately through offer and written confirmation.



3. Acceptance and Modification of T&C


3.1. Camuro Sped reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these T&C at any time. The revised version will be published on the Website and will take effect from the date of publication, without further notice.


3.2. Continued use of the Website after such modifications constitutes your tacit acceptance of the new provisions.



4. Intellectual Property Rights


4.1. The entire content of the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design elements, databases, and software — is the exclusive property of Camuro Sped or its partners and is protected under copyright and/or trademark law.


4.2. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, transmission, or modification of the content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Camuro Sped is strictly prohibited.

6.1. Camuro Sped operates as an intermediary and coordinator for international road transport. It does not own transport vehicles. We work with licensed carriers selected based on internal safety and quality standards.


6.2. The information provided on the Website is for informational purposes only. Binding offers, prices, and delivery times are agreed upon individually through quotation requests and written confirmations.



7. Limitation of Liability


7.1. The Website is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties regarding its availability, accuracy, reliability, or content.


7.2. Camuro Sped is not liable for:


  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website;
  • The content of external pages linked through the Website;

10.2. Any disputes will first be settled amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, the competent courts in Bucharest shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
